Cleaned up code in 9404bf2d8e, 92ede59fcc, f36a3b2f69, 2824aecbad and 089ff791e6.

  • Fix performance issues caused by the minimap
  • Remove unnecessary collision property of items
  • Simplify code in most files (mostly style adjustments)
